USACE Huntsville Small Business Market Survey for MMRP Projects

Huntsville, Alabama - The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, is evaluating the ability of small businesses to perform future projects supporting the Military Munitions Response (MMRP) and Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) Programs.

Businesses must be able to perform all aspects of MMRP and HTRW. Projects may occur at sites located in the continental United States and outside the continental United States. Overseas operations also include logistical support and security operations for personnel, materials and equipment in dangerous areas or war zones.

The period of performance is expected to be five years with a total program value of approximately $2 billion. Preliminary analysis indicates that military munitions related work will be approximately 75 percent of the projected effort, and HTRW related work will be approximately 25 percent of the projected effort. The prime contractor of each team must perform 50 percent of the team's work.
