UXO QCS / MMRP Project Manager
Job Description: The position involves a combination of supervisory field oversight (as needed); munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) project planning (e.g., developing work plans, SOPs, explosive safety submissions); assisting with business development activities (e.g., proposal preparation, request for proposal responses, client meetings); and overseeing MEC project execution including report writing and site documentation.
Location: Open - Base location dependent upon selected applicant. Extensive travel (some international) and short-term (up to 2 months) onsite work may be required.
Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent, Graduate of the U.S. Army Bomb Disposal School or Navy EOD School. 20+ years combined active duty military EOD and UXO experience in military munitions projects and clearance operations. Supervisory and direct project management experience a plus.
Other Requirements: Computer proficiency with MS Windows, Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Project and Power Point is a plus. UXO QCS qualified per DDESB TP 18. Must have execution experience with US Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Navy Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects. Must have strong project management writing skills, must be able to communicate effectively with clients, regulators, project team members, and company management. Drug test required.

UXO Technician II / Assistant Project Manager
Job Description: Must be able to perform all functions enumerated for UXO Sweep Personnel, UXO Technician I and II including inspection of munitions debris and material potentially presenting an explosive hazard (MPPEH) for the presence of explosives safety hazards. Perform field collection procedures to identify contaminated soil. Assist in the management of munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) projects including developing schedules, budgets and monthly status reports and assisting with proposal development. This position is designed for a long-term and goal oriented candidate with a technical background in UXO/EOD that is looking to learn and grow into a project management role.
Location: Corporate Headquarters, Reston, VA. Extensive travel (some international) and short-term (up to 2 months) onsite work may be required.
