Fort Bliss, TX / Dona Ana County, New Mexico


HFA is the UXO contractor selected to perform the preconstruction clearance and provide follow on construction support at the new Digital Multi-Purpose Training Range (DMPTR) at Fort Bliss's Dona Ana Range 52. The project site is located in Dona Ana County, New Mexico.

HFA is seeking a total of 24 UXO personnel for this project including:
One (1) SUXOS: $32.39/hr plus applicable Haz Pay and SCA benefits
One (1) UXOSSO: $31.39/hr plus applicable Haz Pay and SCA benefits
One (1) UXOQCS: $31.39/hr plus applicable Haz Pay and SCA benefits
Three (3) UXO Tech IIIs: $30.39/hr plus applicable Haz Pay and SCA benefits
Six (6) UXO Tech IIs: $25.35/hr plus applicable Haz Pay and SCA benefits
Twelve (12) UXO Tech Is: $20.95/hr plus applicable Haz Pay and SCA benefits

In addition, HFA is offering the following signing bonuses for those personnel that work the project to completion. These bonuses will be paid with the demob paycheck.

Tech III, SSO, QCS, and SUXOS: $1000.00 each

Tech II: $750.00 each

Tech I: $500.00 each

HFA will pay full flat rate per diem based on the project site in Dona Ana County, NM for this project.

Based on the due date for the draft work plan, HFA anticipates mobilization of the initial personnel (SUXOS, UXOSSO, UXOWCS, One Tech III and One Tech II) to take place on or about August 4th, with the remaining personnel mobilizing one week later. HFA will have up to 60 calendar days to complete the project, so the estimated completion date would be in late September to early October.

At this time, the plan calls for five 8-hour days per week, but that may change that to a different schedule depending on the progress of the field work.
