| This bomb had a vase-shape which resulted in a high-drag, aerodynamically clean body. It was 10 inches long and 3.4 inches in diameter at its widest point. The blunt nose and abrupt circular stabilizer added to the high drag and low terminal velocity. The bomb had an air-arming fuze and was designed for normal clustering that was used in warheads. |
