| This bomb body consists of a hollow steel casing open at each end. The nose end is internally threaded to house the exploder container and the tail is shaped to hold the tail cone. A mail base plate screws into the base of the bomb. Dark green over-all with ½ -inch red band 1-inch from the nose, and a 1-inch light green band 6-inches from the nose; 1-inch by ¼ -inch white line on the body base indicates that the bomb has been filled. |
