Range / Site Description: Training activities conducted at Camp Shelby Training Center primarily include troop bivouacking, wheeled vehicle maneuvers, artillery firing exercises, and tank training maneuvers by M1 tanks and Bradley fighting vehicles. The installation has land-based impact areas, firing range and maneuver areas - total operational ranges include 238 totaling over 140,000 acres. Associated Munitions: Activities Completed: The Army completed an Operational Range Assessment of the ranges in February 2009 to assess the potential for munitions constituents to be released from the ranges.
