Man Killed, Two Injured While Cleaning UXO

Pailin, Thailand One man was killed and two teenagers injured while cleaning UXO they found just past the border of Pailin, in Thailand's Chanthaburi province. A 27-year-old was killed instantly, and a 14 and 16-year-old were severely injured.

The three were working at a Thai market adjacent to the border, and for reasons unknown, had been walking in the heavily mined forest along the Thai-Cambodian border when they came across the UXO. They encountered the rocket and attempted to clean it, causing it to explode and leading to the casualties.
