UXO Found Two Days In A Row At Downtown Construction Site

Charleston, SC Construction crews working in the area of 1300 Meeting Street unearthed ordnance two days in a row. In both cases, Charleston police responded and evacuated people from nearby buildings as they contacted the military for support.

An Air Force EOD team from Joint Base Charleston responded in both cases to remove the respective item from the area for proper disposal.
