A spokesman from Falmouth Coastguard said personnel from the Southern Dive Unit at Devonport Naval Base in Plymouth were called in to detonate the grenade safely. Arrest Made in Forest Service Explosive Theft

Red Lodge, Montana Federal officials arrested a Wyoming man in connection with the theft of explosives last April from a U.S. Forest Service bunker. Thirty-two-year-old Budd James Nesius was taken into custody in Grand Junction, Colorado on charges of possession of stolen explosives.

The arrest was made in connection with a incident in which a shed was broken into and 559 pounds of explosives, used for a wide range of Forest Service duties, was stolen.
